F. Lovett looks wonderful cosplaying as Effie Trinket from The Hunger Games! Here's what she had to say...

"I love Effie. I believe it was the character who most evolved in the movies, especially after going to the District 13. Not to mention the wonderful performance of Elizabeth Banks. I love how she looks. I love how people of Capitol dress, full of color and good "strangers" in the eyes of others. Effie is a character that was not as explored in the books, but the films got the attention it deserved. This was a point that I loved in adaptations. There is more than "may the odds be ever in your favor." She is human, which was not as shown on the books. Changes made in the movies were more than welcome to me."
