"I always wanted to try a gender bend but I couldn't find a character that inspired me to start working on such project, until Phantom Pain came out :) In re-designing the outfit, I wanted to maintain its key elements: the tactical vest, the parachute harness, the bionic arm, the eye patch, the shrapnel and the scarring. They make the character look menacing and powerful, so I wanted to keep them and balance them with a few changes to add a bit of femininity to an otherwise very manly costume, without over-sexualising it: so I altered the tactical vest shape to emphasize my body shape, chose a skin tight camo and went for quite a heavy eye make up.
