Blossom of Faelivrin looks exquisite cosplaying as Maleficent! Here's what she had to say about it...

"Maleficent AKA the cosplay that cost me so much rage and anger and tears that I had officially quitted it half a year ago. Everything went wrong for the 'simple task' to do the moors version of dear Maleficent. I wanted to cosplay Jolie's version of the 'good' Maleficent ever since I saw the first clips from of the movie's trailer and I never thought it would be THIS hard to do! I had to order every piece to work with like twice or more because it went all wrong over and oer again! Finding the right fabric for the dress was hell! First order got lost, 2nd order was a totally wrong fabric, 3rd fabric was wrong color....but we managed eventually! Horns were custom made for me (after the first pair I ordered from a gothic shop turned out to be totally red and PVC looking - totally not like the picture they advertised with!) and the hair is a dark brown lacefront wig which I had to hunt down until I found the perfect one :) Sadly when I found the 'perfect match' it was sold out for half a year or so....but hey, got it! And best friend and me made my staff mostly from papier mâché, which we painted and shaded with acrylic colors. The crystal inside was a styrofoam egg which we wrapped in green foil and sprayed it with finish. The base for the staff was a frame for beating carpets. Was more work than it looked like ^^" I am simply utterly utterly happy that I got my dream cosplay done! The day of the shooting however was very bad, because as soon as we arrived at the location and got ready, it started to rain - no chance of it to get any better so we bloody kept going through our set until we were done! So I'd say the costumes even mastered the bad weather test xD Putting the damn lacefront wig and ears on me was another story of nightmares! We figured it to be much easier and need to buy smaller ears probably and I will alter the dress as it turned out a liiiiittle too big for me but that is not the problem right now, as I am happy I took the first step into that costume! So, take this a feeler or a preview, the actual costume is completely rebooted currently and soon I can present you my movie accurate, winged mistress of all evil!"
