Ariel, the youngest daughter of King Triton, is a typical teenager, prone to errors of judgment. Incredibly curious, her curiosity often leads her into dangerous situations. Here it has lead her to the Platte River in Colorado as portrayed by Rai Lotus. If only we were lucky enough to be her Prince Eric.
Photographer Bio:
I am heavily influenced by the Pin-Up art of the 1940's-60's. The playful sexuality of the era is a lot of fun to recreate and shoot. I approach my photography from a painter's perspective. I studied painting and photography at the University of Nebraska, and have been a working artist part time since 2002, and full time since 2009. I enjoy finding the beauty in everyday objects. Buildings, boats, cars, and even ghost signs are beautiful when looked at in the right light. I love working with models of all shapes, sizes, and styles. I just ask that they be free spirited, fun, and ready to create art!
