Elektra Cosplay

"I've always been drawn to the simplicity and sleek design of Elektra. I also really love the colour red, so naturally her costume has always stood out to me. It wasn't until I head about Netflix announcing their Davedevil series that I started to consider making an Elektra cosplay.
As odd as it sounds, the entire costume was made in under two hours, and was made entirely from scrap 4-way stretch wetlook spandex left over from another project. I had plenty of sai to choose from as a prop: most are fake (con friendly pairs) and one set is real, which we used for this shoot.
It feels great to wear this costume and it's great for summer cons! Easily a very recognizable character that you don't see cosplayed as often as she should be!"
