Misty Anna look just adorable in their slumber party shoot! Here's what they all had to say about it...
Moira Zhou:
"This shoot stemmed, originally, from a plan to do a boudoir shoot with a short, geek-themed, slumber party after and rapidly turned into a slumber-party shoot with a short boudoir shoot tacked on the end.
We had quite an adventure grabbing props; Chrisscreama was sent into the grocery store to pick up pop and chips since she was the most covered of the 3 of us by the time we remembered to grab some. Pretty much all the props belonged collectively to the 3 of us... Misty and Chrisscreama's manga, my shoes etc. I really think the props make this shoot- there is just so much to see!
Cosplays are a hobby I have not participated in much these past few years so this shoot might have just been the big push I needed to get back into it. There was not a lot of 'acting' needed for this shoot as we are all such major dorks and it crosses my mind that the Sailor Moon props might be really telling of our ages!
I have worked with Misty many times in various shoots and this was only the second time I have ever worked with Chrisscreama. They are both wonderful people and fantastic models that I would love to do more shoots with and, dare I say, we already have a few more planned!"
Misty Anna:
"This was originally intended as a lingerie shoot between Moira and I. I’ve worked with both of them on multiple occasions, but Moira and Chrisscreama had never met before -- though both expressed to me wanting to meet the other. So, at an event we all attended, I introduced them and they hit it off so well, that Moira and I agreed that Chris should join us for the upcoming shoot. Sometime during that car ride home, discovering we were all pretty geeky, it developed into the idea of a double shoot: lingerie and geek slumber party. Generally, it’s fairly difficult to pose multiple models in complimentary poses, however it came quite easily to us. Everything but furniture on set belongs to us, and it gives a small window into our real selves outside the modeling world (although, I’ll admit, none of us have that much pink in our bedrooms)."
Chrisscreama:
"This geeky impromptu photoshoot was a blast. I quite enjoy working with both Misty and Moira and generally hanging out with them. Many jokes and laughs were had. I think we all have good chemistry, so the whole shoot fell together sublimely.
We mustered up our manga, plushies and various other props to display. We sported our cutsy pjs with our unique personalities. This is totally what to expect at a girly geeky slumber party, at least for this trio. We have plenty more shoots planned in the dorkside of things!"
