Valkyrie Cosplay
We are very excited to once again feature our awesome Geek Girl
Teryl Dactyl this time cosplaying her Valkyrie inspired cosplay! Here is what she had to say about the shoot...
"First off, I absolutely LOVE how these photos came out! This cosplay was mainly inspired from one of my hobbies... making chain maille jewelry. I love all the intricate weaves and the history behind the art, so I wanted to create a costume in which I could showcase it. I also really enjoy the story of the Valkyrie and Viking folklore. The entire costume was designed and created by myself. The chain maille halter style top consists of 4 different weaves. European, Japanese, Inverted Round, and 33 individual woven flowers (of which were very intricate and time consuming to make). I am so proud of how it turned out and is a piece in my costume collection that I will treasure forever. I hope you can see all the detail in these photos."
