"I've always loved Sailor Moon, and loved wearing Sailor Moon costumes. When a friend needed a Neptune to fill their group, I jumped at the chance to make another suit. Since then, Sailor Neptune has become my most worn costume to date. As a birthday present for Gillykins, I made Sailor Uranus to match since we love these characters so much." -Olivia
