"Hi My name is Kathy and I am a cosplayer from New Zealand. Judge Hershey was a dream cosplay for me since I started cosplaying in 2009 – I adore the original ridiculous Judge uniforms with the tight shiny catsuits, gold armour pieces and chunky oversized badges. I made most of it with fibreglass (ouch!) and pvc foam board and took about 4 months work in all. I really loved becoming Hershey and trying to be a sexy tough badass and I hope you enjoy my work."
