Gallerie Arludik, in Paris France! The renowned artist collective will be having an art show from May 7th through May 18th with an opening reception on May 9th, 2013. Attendees will have a chance to meet some of the artists involved and there will be original artwork and limited edition prints for sale as well!

What is Girls Drawin Girls?
Girls Drawin Girls was founded in 2006 by Simpsons veteran Melody Severns and storyboard artist Anne Walker as a way to showcase women artists working in the male-dominated industry of animation. Together, they felt it was time for these talented women to demonstrate their creative abilities and artistic interpretations of female sexuality by re-defining the art of the pin-up.
Since its conception, the group has published four volumes of pin-up art featuring some of the best female pin-up artists in animation, illustration, and design. The collective has grown to over 90 active members who work professionally in various entertainment industries.
Girls Drawin Girls also puts on group art shows, and opportunities to participate in charity art events, in addition to promoting each member's individual artistic endeavors through cross-promotion and marketing prints, original artwork and other art-related merchandise. You can find them this year at two upcoming U.S. conventions:
C2E2 in Chicago and
San Diego Comic Con 2013.
About Gallerie Arludik
Created in 2004 by Diane and Jean-Jacques Launier on Saint-Louis Island in Paris, the Arludik Gallery has-been the first in the world to show original artwork from artists who have worked on animated movies, movies, comics, manga and video games. Moebius, Glen Keane, Giger, and Dean Yeagle are just a few of the many artists who have been featured here.
