Northern Belle looks incredible cosplaying as Medusa! Here's what she had to say...
"As someone who adores both snakes and Greek Mythology, I've always wanted to do the character of Medusa. When Mr. Kirby set up this shoot, he informed me he had a beautiful headpiece from Stratford that we would be working with. Jim of ArtistiCurves as always did a beautiful job of painting me in the serpentine style. It was a fun and difficult character to get into. Due to the fact that the mask covered my face I had to try and really work with body language to convey the story. I could not imagine living in such horror, where one glance, one sight of your own reflection could turn you to stone. Through out this photo set I tried to show the process of Medusa being cursed, her own sadness as a result, the eventual acceptance of herself as a monster before finally turning to stone.
