Jess Ess as Stocking! If you didn't know they are cosplaying as the Anarchy Sisters from the anime "Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt", here's what Emmaliene said about it...
"Panty and Stocking is one of the few animes I've ever gotten super into! I absolutely adore the characters, and while the humor is super crude, I think it's such a fun show to watch. This is the second outfit I've done of Panty's, and I actually made my Stocking's costume as well~ We'd first done the police versions together, and we'd been planning to do their default outfits for about a year now, so I'm glad we finally did it!"
