The Most Diverse Barbie Doll Line
Barbie has released a new line of Barbie Fashionistas, which is the most diverse doll line ever! They are
available on amazon and their website. The line features 176 dolls, with 9 body types, 35 skin tones and 94 hairstyles! Barbie has continued to evolve over the years to better reflect the world girls see today, adding more diversity for endless storytelling possibilities.
They introduced
three new body types: curvy, petite, and tall. Ken got new body types and a range of diverse features including a man bun, cornrows, and freckles. There's more diversity, hair textures, and exciting fashion looks are added to the line. Dolls reflecting physical disabilities are added, including a doll with a wheelchair and prosthetic leg. Continuing to focus on inclusivity, vitiligo Barbie is introduced. See some of the new dolls below...
