Lossien looks stunning as always in this Mary Jane Watson shoot! They even recreated the famous The Amazing Spider-Man #601 cover by J. Scott Campbell. Here's what she said about the shoot...
"When I saw the ridiculous Mary Jane cover for the Amazing Spiderman, my first thought was 'I could do that'. A while later, when I bought my wig for Dark Phoenix, I was struck by the similarities to Mary Jane's hair, and the idea was born. I tore up some old pants and altered a t-shirt, then rearranged some furniture. Luckily for me, when I mentioned the idea of recreating the image to Merc Media, he was just as excited as I was!
The day after I got my cast off, we set to work. That pose was not comfortable! Once we had the required image, I relaxed and we had fun getting some more realistic shots of the scenario.
And the added bonus; if you look closely, you'll see that I created magazines and a newspaper article with previous pictures of myself in other Marvel costumes. Mystique image by GeekxGirl's very own Wandering Dana, and Emma Frost image by Adam A. Donaldson."
