Korra from The Legend of Korra Cosplay

 

Summer 2017 is shaping up to be exciting with both the news of The Legend of Korra returning (in comic book form) and the popular Toronto-based Atomic Lollipop rumoured to be making a comeback.

Photographed at Atomic Lollipop 2015, Korra is RK9 Cosplay, who made her costume from scratch then spent weeks practicing poi and veil poi to create a live bending effect. Rajeeman Photography captured and edited the photos with nods to the show in the effects its spirit creatures.
