Lady Loki Cosplay

 

GeeDeeTee Cosplay looks awesome as Loki! Here's what she had to say...

"I never really thought of doing Lady Loki as a cosplay until a friend of mine looked at me and said: 'You would make a fierce Lady Loki Your personality transfers to mischief so easily, with Duela, you could totally pull it off!'

So I began the arduous task of creating my own version of this Goddess of Mischief!

I discovered that I could recreate metal scales with craft foam, paint and a heck of a lot of patience by talking to a fellow cosplayer Kudrel! She was so helpful with her time and knowledge, and I purchased some bracers she was selling off as a starter to build my cosplay with. (I used part of her scales in my epalets, but the bra part is all my crafting patience. lol.

I made the horns from old school paper machier and balloons for the base form. My hope was that I could add the immense size of the horns, without weighing me down. I was hopeful that this massive head gear wouldn't give me a headache after spending con time in it, and I was happily impressed at the results.

I had a get -together this summer, and the photos here are from that day.  As you can see: 'Stupendous Man' and 'Dean Winchester' both enjoyed their time with the Asgard Bad Girl..lol"
