"As I’ve been reading the 1980s run of “The New Teen Titans” I am finding that I am falling in love with Donna Troy more and more. She is a super interesting character and her relationships with the other members of the Teen Titans are just so compelling. I got the idea to do a simple bikini cosplay of her and I just couldn’t help myself. I made little stars out of worbla and attached them to the red bathing suit, so that I didn’t have to worry about them getting wet, and made the gauntlets, lastly I felt like I should go with gladiator sandals, which I just love but I also felt they fit the character. What with her being an amazon and the connection to Greek myth. "
