Swimsuit Scanty Cosplay
Kandell Cosplay looks lovely as a bathing suit version of Scanty from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt! Here's what she said about it...
"I'd like to submit my Swimsuit Scanty cosplay from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. I made the monokini, anklets, bracelets, necklace, and horns. The wig has extra wefts, is custom dyed, and styled by me. The body paint was done with PAX (a 3 hour painting process and 3.5 hour removal process) and Mehron for the face. I also painted the Fastener volleyball prop. This cosplay was debuted at CONgregation 2015."
