The Comic Book Store

Zelda in her natural environment, the comic book store ;) Here's what she had to say about her clothing & shoot ...
"Jeff and I shot at this comic shop (Paper Heroes in Saugus, CA) several years back and it was one of my most popular shoots to date. The owner of the shop said he gets comments all the time of people coming into the store and saying they saw photos of it. So, he's been wanting us to come back and do it again for awhile. This time around we wanted to outdo ourselves since we have both improved so much since our initial shoot there. And I made sure to add in as much nerd as humanly possible! I had a blast making the Pacman and Ms. Pacman pasties. The underwear was originally going to say "Epic Mount" but I changed it to the "Eat Me" Pacman panties after having the idea while wandering around the fabric store. The skirt was made out of an old Street Fighter t-shirt and an old Zelda sweatshirt that I had worn to death but didn't want to throw away completely. The triforce earrings and Batarang necklace were both one of a kind items made by a good friend for my birthday. And my hair and makeup was done by my roommate Jen who is far more talented at that sort of thing than I. :) All in all a super fun shoot!"
