Super Heroes Batman Lego: The Joker Steam Roller Review

Critical Miss reviewed and took some photos of the LEGO Superheroes 76013 Batman: The Joker Steam Roller set...
I have to admit that we bought this set solely because of the Joker's hat, because Retro Joad wants to do a Joker version with this hat, however this set was a lot of fun to build.

I started with the Steam Roller and it is amazing! The front roller part spins freely and has a swivel so it has some movement with play and placement. The colours are great because as we all know, there is not a lot of purple in Lego so the big purple wheels are beautiful. This part took me about 45 minutes to build it, without me rushing. And it looks great on the shelf.

The Bat plane is really neat. It has some hinges on the front allowing the wings to close in the front or open out to the side, giving the vehicle two very distinct looks, almost like a plane and a sub. This also took about 45 minutes to put together, so the building was enjoyable and not over too quickly.

While this is a pricier set, at 59.95$ in Canada, it does come with five minifigs. The Joker and a joker goon complete with a little crow bar and painted Joker goon face. You get Batman and Robin, who is a little shorter and Batgirl. More minifigs is always better.

I quite enjoyed this set, worth the money for me in build time and great minifigs. And it looks wonderful on display.
