Black Cat Cosplay

Geek Girl Princess Nightmare looks gorgeous... and dangerous in her Black Cat cosplay! This character means a great deal to her and it shows in how she brings her to life. Here's what she has to say about the shoot...

"My favorite comic book character of all time. Playful, flirty, hot, and bad luck...yeah I've got that! I have such a long crazy love story that goes with this but to make it short, I ended up making my first Black Cat costume Halloween 2007. I know some things like white gloves may seem unusual, but I am a really big fan of Claws (Joe Linsner) who is a really great guy and does phenomenal work, so I actually made the gloves the first time around with his white gloved Black Cat in mind. I am pretty sure I got better at the 'make a Black Cat costume' this time around....And I would have played around doing pictures in this costume all night.
It makes me SO happy to be Black Cat.
I may be on Geek overdrive with the next statement but me as Black Cat reminds me of Arsnic and Old Lace's Teddy Brewster.

Reverend Harper: Have you ever tried to persuade him that he wasn't Teddy Roosevelt?
Abby Brewster: Oh, no.
Martha Brewster: Oh, he's so happy being Teddy Roosevelt.
Abby Brewster: Oh... Do you remember, Martha, once, a long time ago, we thought if he'd be George Washington, it might be a change for him, and we suggested it.
Martha Brewster: And do you know what happened? He just stayed under his bed for days and wouldn't be anybody.

When I am not Black Cat, I am Alice (American McGee's)...if I'm not either...I get kind of lost too!"
