Country Belle Cosplay

 

Holland Phoenix looks just beautiful cosplaying as Belle from Beauty and the Beast! Here's what she said about it...

"Belle has been my favorite Disney Princess from childhood - she reads, she’s feisty, but exceptionally kind, she’s from France, what more could you ask for in a Princess? And I always felt I had a resemblance to her in both appearance and personality. I mean I personally was a literature major!  Because of my love of Belle through childhood it seemed suiting to me that the blue dress I am wearing (while I’m sorry to say I did not make it myself) is one of my first gifts from my beloved grandmother. I have kept it and cherished it all these years and now I get to share it with everyone! 

The rest of the ensemble, hair, and make-up was put together by me. I planned the photoshoot around a vacation my best friend planned to Paris Virginia. Of course as one does on travel shoots, I forgot my petticoat. I always forget something! For Morrigan it was my staff, for Catwoman my whip (had to buy a new one in NYC) and Belle it was the petticoat."
