"Here is my cosplay of Princess Serenity from the anime Sailor Moon. I grew up watching Sailor Moon and have always been in love with Princess Serenity's flowing dress. This was my first time making a costume on my own and while it took me a very long time to sew (I do everything by hand, I'm still learning how to use a sewing machine), I'm so so proud of it. It needs a few alterations before I think it's perfect but it's my pride and joy. My next step is to get a new wig, and make the dress itself a little more refined. Fingers crossed! The staff was made by my dad, and he did such an amazing job. Once he finished shaping the wood I spray painted it and added the little details."
