Tiffany Minx looks absolutely awesome cosplaying as the one and only Harley Quinn! ♥ Here's what she had to say about the cosplay...

"I love the character of Harley Quinn. She is so spirited, smart, sexy and crazy!! I had to do her as a costume. The outfit is from Artifice Clothing and they did a great job of tailoring the outfit to my measurements. I asked a friend to go to Washington DC with me and take pics around the monuments. It was such a huge rush, thrill and rewarding experience for me. I felt sexy as hell and I really think I did the character and the costume justice..especially being a "special" girl like I am!!"
