Breast Cancer Self-Examinations Campaign
Maísa Chaves illustrated this important Breast Cancer Campaign for DDB Mozambique to raise awareness of regular breast exams among women at risk of breast cancer. It features DC & Marvel superheroines Wonder Woman, Catwoman, She-Hulk and Storm doing self-examinations and we thought it was very worthy of a repost for October. It is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease.
"Nobody’s immune to breast cancer. When we talk about breast cancer, there’s no women or superwomen. Everybody has to do the self-examination monthly. Fight with us against the enemy and, when in doubt, talk with your doctor."
