Genderbent Ashitaka & San from Princess Mononoke Cosplay

 

BatMark and Robin Cosplay sent us this wonderful genderbent Ashitaka and San inspired by Sakimi Chan's art work of Princess Mononoke, which you can see here! These were taken at Fan Expo 2014 and here's what they had to say about it...

"Today, Robin and myself are very excited to show you our Gender-bent San and Ashitaka costumes from the Studio Ghibli film 'Princess Mononoke'. The original designing of the costumes is very much attributed to the very talented Sakimi-Chan, whose artwork we used as a basis to start making the costumes. Robin and I are both very large fans of any work that comes from Studio Ghibli, 'Princess Mononoke' being one of my personal favorites. We jumped on the opportunity to get into character, and had a blast parading around at FanEx and doing a shoot with Cloudbreak Cosplay. We even got to meet Sakimi-chan, who was ecstatic at seeing her artwork come to life. Hopefully, you get just as excited as we did! - BatMark"
