Wandering Dana here to tell you about the inaugural Canada's
London Comic Con at Centennial Hall this past weekend! Myself and fellow Geek Girls
Player Two,
Natalie GxG and
Amaleigh attended and it was a huge success! For a first time con it was amazing and we all had a ton of fun! There were two big celebrities, Eric Roberts (The Dark Knight, The Expendables, Heroes, The Best of the Best) & Vernon Wells (Power Rangers Time Force, The Road Warrior, Commando, Weird Science) who were both really nice & approachable. There were also lots of great artists, vendors, events and even wrestling matches on Sunday! We met a lot of really cool fellow geeks and I took a ton of photos. It was a great weekend and all of us London residents are super happy to finally have a (long overdue) convention in our town. I can see this con growing rapidly and becoming a really big deal in the next few years!
