Sheik from Zelda Body Paint

 

Geek Girl Northern Belle looks stunning in her Sheik body paint! Here's what she said about the character & shoot...

"Choosing Sheik as my first game based cosplay was a really personal decision. Ocarina of Time for N64 was my absolute favourite game growing up. (With exception of the Water Temple…) To that end, while I always like Zelda in theory, liking to be the pretty princess, she’s a character that I just couldn’t get behind. Like every other Nintendo princess she just stood there and got kidnapped. So near the end of the game when I found out the Sheik and Zelda were one in the same it gave me a new profound respect for the character. It also reinforced the idea of not judging a book by its cover. Plus when Zelda/Sheik was added to the character list of Smash Bros it was time for Kirby and Pikachu to stand aside for my new favourite set. I enjoy Sheik’s ninja like qualities and am particularly fond of that ‘A’ button when brawling. I tried to emulate some of Sheik’s kicks and other poses from both Zelda Ocarina of Time and Super Smash Brothers Meele.

A huge thank you goes to ArtistiCurves for helping me pull off this set and to PlafulKatt Cosplay for getting me there. It was 4+ hours in paint, and Jim’s attention to details was wonderful! Due to time constraints we decided to forego the finger bandages – but I think you’ll find more than enough detail in the paint to content yourselves ;)"
