"The Rogues don’t get much love in cosplay which is a damn shame! I made a 'Party Captain Cold' costume for MegaCon 2012, I decided that I needed to do the character some real justice by creating a proper rule 63 costume. I had a blast frolicking in the snow for photos and making lazer sounds for my freeze gun."
