Steampunk Sailor Neptune Cosplay

Elle who looks gorgeous as always! Here's what she said about it...
"I thought it would be fun to change up the sailor scout design when my local fabric store was not currently carrying any plain white fabric for the normal sailor scout uniform. I chose to make it in a steampunk theme and was super excited to where it for a shoot. I left out the head piece for a more casual look though I plan on adding goggles in the future. Sailor Neptune is one of my many favourite sailor scouts and though I plan on making her regular outfit I loved how this cute themed look turned out. I kept the colours the same, navy and teal but added the leather stomacher, garter and did cuffs instead of gloves. This is by far one of my favourite wigs and I cannot wait to rework this and wear it again. I hope you like it <3"
