Ryuu Lavitz sent us theses adorable self-taken Link from Zelda photos. Here's what she said...
"Hey there my nerdy pals! My name is Ryuu Lavitz, and cosplaying is my absolute favorite hobby of mine. This is my rendition of a Female Link. I worked very hard on this costume, dying to do it justice. I didn't want to be showy and slutty, I wanted to be on par with how he is. And so far, I've been complimented on my eye for detail on this costume. From the entire tunic being hand stitched, the chainmail all being done by hand (though it didn't hold up well, it's all trial and error and I'm making adjustments to fix this issue), a hand made buckler, a handmade sword and hat. But the biggest gem of all? That is a real chest from a ship, from the 1800's. I couldn't be happier with this costume (I'd like to get a metal sword, but I can't use that at conventions).
