Jessie James Hollywood looks adorable as Sailor Uranus! Here's what she said about her costume...
"Sailor Moon was the first anime that I had ever watched. Sailor Uranus was the most under appreciated character in the show and also the most bad-ass! Besides, who doesn't want to say they're Sailor URANUS for a day? This was the first costume I had ever made for a convention, with the help of my mommy of course. Finding and making a tiara was the hardest part for me, because I didn't want to just buy one of those cheap fabric ones off of the internet. The highlight of my costume was when Mari Watanabe (Professional Sailor Moon Cosplayer) complimented it."
